How Do We Grade Roofs?

A

Grade A

A roof that has been newly installed and is in top condition. We document this for your insurance records and recommend inspection in 5 years to maintain warranty.

Grade B

A roof showing normal wear but still functional. We recommend scheduling inspection next year to stay ahead of problems. Most Grade B roofs have 3-5 years of life remaining.

B

Grade C

A roof with damage that's repairable. Ohio Roof Masters can fix the issues and extend your roof life 5-10 years. We'll schedule follow-up inspection in 6 months to verify repairs are holding.

C

Grade D

The damage is too widespread for cost-effective repair. Ohio Roof Masters recommends replacement soon to avoid interior damage and higher costs. Financing available to make it manageable.

D

Grade F

Significant damage to interior and exterior requiring immediate action. We can provide emergency tarping while you arrange financing, then schedule urgent replacement to protect your home.
