I truly enjoy my job at Roof Masters and come to work each day looking forward to the new tasks and challenges ahead. I take pride in staying positive and motivated, no matter what the day brings.
What sets my problem-solving approach apart is my commitment to customer satisfaction. My goal is always to make sure the customer is happy. I take the time to talk with them, understand the issue fully, and find the best possible solution. I genuinely enjoy connecting with customers and working through problems until they’re resolved.
Education & Background
My past work experience has taught me the importance of communication and empathy. By listening closely and being understanding, I’ve learned that almost any issue can be solved when customers feel heard and respected.
Relevant Experience
Before joining Roof Masters, I worked as an Office Manager for a landscaping company. In that role, I handled customer concerns daily and worked to ensure positive outcomes—whether that meant scheduling additional work or offering a discount.
With over 40 years of customer service experience, I’ve developed a strong sense of what customers are truly looking for in a solution. That experience has shaped how I work today and continues to guide my interactions with homeowners.
What I Enjoy Most About the Role
My favorite part of the job is talking with customers. When you speak with them regularly, you get to know them better, and that connection helps build trust.
The biggest and most rewarding challenge is ensuring every customer walks away happy.
Personal Side
Outside of work, I enjoy crocheting, quilting, doing crossword puzzles, and spending time on social media.
