Marc Ross

As Head of Sales for Ohio Roof Masters, Marc brings an “honest realist” approach to every project grounded in experience, transparency, and results. He began his roofing career at just 14 years old on a roofing crew and has spent the last 25 years mastering the trade from the rafters up. That hands-on foundation gives him a rare, practical perspective that homeowners immediately trust.

Backed by a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University and a degree in Hospitality Management from Hocking College, combines technical expertise with a service-first mindset. His background allows him to communicate clearly, set realistic expectations, and guide homeowners confidently through complex roofing decisions.

His experience spans the country, including a pivotal role with South Carolina’s largest roofing firm, where he helped refine the systems, processes, and standards he now brings to Ohio Roof Masters. From complex flat roofing systems and fluid-applied coatings to traditional shingle installations, his goal is simple: out-serve the competition by providing honest, realistic solutions that protect homeowners long-term.

Outside of work, i  am active member of The Upper Room Church and finds balance through fitness, national park road trips, and local jail outreach, staying grounded in both his faith and community
