How I Approach My Role at RM
As an Operations Manager, I focus on clarity, accountability, and support. I make sure priorities are clear, expectations are aligned, and workflows actually work in real day-to-day operations. I like staying close enough to the work to understand what’s really happening on the ground, while also looking ahead for ways to improve efficiency. My goal is to keep things running smoothly so the team can do their best work without unnecessary obstacles.
What Makes My Problem-Solving Style Different
My problem-solving style is very people- and process-focused. I don’t jump straight to quick fixes , I take time to understand the root of the issue, how it affects the team, and what solution will truly last. I’m comfortable working across different roles and systems, making decisions, adjusting processes, and stepping in when guidance is needed. I stay calm, listen first, and then take action. What sets me apart is that I focus on solutions that build both strong results and team confidence.

My background is built more on hands-on experience and continuous learning than formal certifications. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in operations, process management, customer service, and administrative leadership through real-world experience across multiple industries.
How this helps me serve homeowners better:
My experience has taught me the importance of clear communication, organization, and follow-through things homeowners truly value. I understand how important trust, transparency, and timely updates are, and I make sure our systems and teams are set up to deliver a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish.

My background in operations, customer service, and administrative leadership prepared me well for this position. I’ve managed workflows, handled customer concerns, worked with tight deadlines, ensured compliance, and supported teams across different functions. These roles taught me how to keep operations efficient while maintaining high service standards.
The role that shaped me most:
My role as a Team Lead Grant Writer had the biggest impact on how I work today. Leading projects, managing timelines, coordinating with partners, and supporting team members taught me how to balance leadership with accountability. It strengthened my ability to plan ahead, communicate clearly, and adapt quickly, skills I use every day as an Operations Manager.

Working with customers:
I enjoy building trust with customers and making sure they feel heard and supported. I like being someone who brings clarity to the process and helps turn a potentially stressful situation into a positive experience.
Projects and challenges:
I enjoy improving systems, streamlining processes, and solving problems that make operations run more smoothly. I’m especially drawn to challenges that require coordination, structure, and creative thinking to improve both team performance and customer satisfaction.
Personal Side
Outside of work:
Outside of work, I love spending time in nature and going on trips that help me reset and recharge. I also enjoy cooking—it’s something I find both relaxing and creative.

I’m actively involved in an organization that supports kids. Giving back is important to me, and I value being part of efforts that make a positive impact beyond the workplace.
