Pamela Lukban

I started working with Ohio Roof Masters in 2024 As an Operations Manager, I focus on clarity, accountability, and support. I make sure priorities are clear, expectations are aligned, and workflows actually function in day-to-day operations. I stay close enough to the work to understand what’s happening on the ground, while also looking ahead for ways to improve efficiency so the team can do their best work without unnecessary obstacles.

My academic background as an undergraduate in Chemistry and my early career path are very different from my current role, but they’ve given me a strong analytical foundation and a structured way of thinking. Over the years, I’ve built skills in operations, process management, customer service, and administrative leadership across multiple industries. That combination helps me think systematically, pay attention to detail, and approach problems with a clear, organized mindset.

The role that shaped me most was my time as a Team Lead Grant Writer. Leading projects, managing timelines, coordinating with partners, and supporting team members taught me how to balance leadership with accountability.

What I enjoy most about this role is building trust and bringing calm to situations that can feel stressful for customers. I like being the person who brings clarity to the process and helps turn a complicated project into a positive experience. 

Outside of work, I love spending time in nature and going on trips that help me reset and recharge. I also enjoy cooking, it’s both relaxing and creative for me. I’m actively involved in an organization that supports kids, and giving back is important to me. Being part of efforts that make a positive impact beyond the workplace is a big part of who I am.
