I started with ohio roof masters in 2025. Right now, my focus is on jumping in wherever I can add value while learning as much as possible about the business and its operations so I can fully step into my role as an operations specialist. I’ve always worked efficiently, which has often made me the go-to person for piloting new processes and systems. By gathering clear insights quickly, I help free up the rest of the team to think forward, innovate, and execute new ideas promptly.

For the past 10 years, I’ve worked as a project manager, including time as an operations specialist in other roofing companies. That experience has given me a deep understanding of how different teams approach the same challenges and what it takes to choose and implement the best solution. I enjoy bringing that perspective to RM and using it to refine how we work.

What I enjoy most about this role is the problem-solving side of the job—finding new, smarter ways to make workflows faster, clearer, and easier for everyone involved. I like taking complex processes, breaking them down, and rebuilding them so the team can spend more time on meaningful work and less on friction.

Despite appearances, I’m a bit of a nerd at heart. I unwind by connecting with friends and sharing some laughs over a few rounds of online games. It’s my way of relaxing, recharging, and keeping things fun outside of work.
