I joined ohio roof masters  in 2022, and I approach my role with a simple belief: every homeowner deserves honesty, respect, and someone who truly has their best interests in mind. I listen first, take time to understand each homeowner’s concerns and goals, and then offer guidance that fits their specific situation, not a one-size-fits-all answer. My goal is to make the process as simple, transparent, and stress-free as possible.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in sales, customer service, leadership, and business operations, including helping open and manage multiple businesses. Those experiences taught me the importance of clear communication, accountability, organization, and always putting people first. They also reinforced that real trust is earned by listening well, speaking honestly, and doing what’s right even when no one is watching.

What I enjoy most about this role is building real relationships with homeowners. I love being able to explain the process in a way that makes sense, answer questions, and help people feel confident about protecting one of their biggest investments: their home. I’m especially drawn to projects that require thoughtful problem-solving or unique situations, because they give me a chance to slow down, think creatively, and find the solution that truly serves the homeowner long term.

Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, and spending time in nature. I also love checking out locally owned restaurants and supporting small businesses in our community. A big part of my life is outreach, I regularly visit hospitals and institutions to encourage people who are walking through difficult seasons, offering hope and reminding them that change is possible. I also give anonymously to nonprofits, because I believe giving back is about making a difference, not being noticed. In everything I do, I try to leave people and communities a little better than I found them.
