Customer Support & Marketing Coordinator

I joined Ohio Roof masters in 2025 and focus on keeping our processes and operations running smoothly so the team can deliver for homeowners. I take full ownership of my role whether that’s proactively generating inspections for the sales team or stepping in wherever I’m needed to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

When it comes to problem-solving, I don’t rush in blindly. I like to lay out every variable, organize the chaos, and prioritize what matters most so we can tackle the most critical issues first. That structured approach helps our team move faster, stay efficient, and ultimately give homeowners a better, more streamlined experience from start to finish.

My background includes a high school diploma and years of experience in business development, real estate, sales, and customer service. That mix has given me a deep understanding of the operational pipeline from managing roofing operations and customer booking to handling all the necessary paperwork so homeowners get a smooth, professional experience at every step.

What I enjoy most about this role is knowing that the work I do behind the scenes directly improves families’ quality of life. A roof protects the people and possessions that matter most, and helping provide that kind of peace of mind is incredibly rewarding. I especially enjoy taking messy or inefficient processes, breaking them down, and rebuilding them to run like clockwork.

Outside of work, I stay active by going to the gym, hiking, and playing sports like basketball and soccer. I also love reading and going to live concerts. While I’m not currently involved in formal community or volunteer work, I’m always looking for meaningful ways to get more involved and give back.
